2. Check our office for extended hours! We have flexible appointments to meet the needs of all our patients’ schedules. Whether you need an early appointment, after 5 or weekend, our office will do our best to accommodate! We don’t want work to stand in the way of your health.
3. Establish good oral hygiene habits to help between appointments. Regular brushing and flossing are essential for keeping your teeth and gums healthy. The more dedicated you are with your oral hygiene, the better off you’ll be!
4. Pack yourself healthy snacks and food for lunch. Food and beverages, like coffee or soda, make a huge difference on your oral health. Things you can include in your lunch include grains, milk, cheese, raw vegetables, yogurt or fruit. Avoid acidic or sugary foods if you can’t brush your teeth afterwards!
5. Schedule time for you! Don’t let work take over your life – make time to ensure you have breaks, healthy food, activity, and the proper health care appointments. Time management is important.
